Price

The price quoted for your stay is all inclusive there are no additional charges e.g. booking or credit/debit card fees and we do not ask for any seasonal fuel supplement.

Bookings

Can be made online through our website or via email.  When booking a 20% deposit will be due, on receiving the deposit we will confirm receipt and your booking.

Payment

Can be made online through our website or via BACS transfer. The remainder of the payment balance will be due within the 8 weeks before the start date for your stay.

Last Minute

Bookings made 8 weeks or less before the start date for your stay will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.

Directions

We shall send the address details, directions and GPS details once we receive the payment balance in full.

Keys

Details of key collection will be be sent once the payment balance is received in full.

Arrival & Departure

The changeover day is Sunday, on the day of arrival the house will be available from 4PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean the house for and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.

Bedding & towels

Bedding is provided for all beds, as well as hand towels.  We ask that you bring your own bath towels and beach towels.

Parking

Is in the court yard area at the front of the house. 

Access

There are two steps at the front of the property which may be challenging for those with mobility limitations. However we would be more than happy to discuss further by phone or email the layout and facilities of the house to help make your decision on suitability before booking.
