By Ferry

 

The Isle of Arran is served by two ferry services, from Ardrossan and Claonaig on the Scottish Mainland.   The main and most popular crossing is from Ardrossan on the mainland, to Brodick and takes just under an hour.

Ardrossan is around 40 minutes from Glasgow and is easily accessible.

By Train

 

The Ferry Terminal at Ardrossan has its own train station, with services running to it from Glasgow.
